Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Pune. The role involves managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media posts for engagement (SMO), and leveraging digital marketing techniques. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for monitoring social media trends, engaging with our online audience, and driving growth across all social media platforms. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Digital Marketing Strong Communication skills Experience in developing Content Strategy Ability to analyze social media metrics and trends Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
