Operations Manager—Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage selected client accounts directly, ensuring performance KPIs and client expectations are met.
• Oversee daily work delivery by the digital marketing team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality benchmarks.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance review presentations using PowerPoint.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, including coordinating with international clients in late evening hours.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership and task management abilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours occasionally for overseas client communication.
