Oversee daily work delivery by the digital marketing team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality benchmarks. Provide strategic guidance on campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing. Prepare and deliver monthly performance review presentations using PowerPoint. Maintain effective communication with clients, including coordinating with international clients in late evening hours. Requirements 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and performance reporting. Strong leadership and task management abilities. Willingness to work extended hours occasionally for overseas client communication.
