Role Purpose We are seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead Mushnoom's digital presence. This role is responsible for building our brand narrative across social platforms, managing influencer partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our in-house team and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement a content calendar across YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). - Provide data-driven insights to enhance engagement and performance. - Work closely with the Social Media Executive and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns. Influencer Marketing - Build and maintain an influencer database across nutraceutical, supplements, and lifestyle categories. - Identify, onboard, and negotiate collaborations with influencers within budgets. - Provide creative direction for influencer content to ensure brand consistency. - Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to manage execution. Analytics & Reporting - Track KPIs for both social and influencer campaigns. - Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. - Continuously optimize strategies based on data. Paid Media Support - Oversee content direction for paid marketing assets. - Collaborate with agencies for smooth execution of paid campaigns. What You'll Bring - 46 years of experience in social media management & influencer marketing. - Proven expertise in global campaign execution. - Experience in nutraceuticals, supplements, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. - Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics tools. - Strong ability to collaborate across internal teams and external agencies.
