Key Responsibilities:

📱 Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and post engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Showcase various brands and collections in line with their identity and our target market
• Monitor performance metrics and grow followers, reach, and engagement
• Respond to DMs, comments, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner

🌍 Influencer & Partnership Coordination

• Identify, vet, and collaborate with relevant influencers in fashion, fitness, and streetwear niches
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, briefing, deliverables, and tracking results
• Build ongoing relationships with brand ambassadors, stylists, athletes, and content creators

🖥️ Website Management

• Oversee website updates: product uploads, collection launches, banners, blogs, and promotional content
• Ensure the website is aligned with ongoing campaigns, brand visuals, and seasonal strategies
• Collaborate with designers or developers as needed to maintain performance and SEO standards

📊 Campaign Planning & Execution

• Develop digital marketing campaigns for new product launches, brand collaborations, and seasonal drops
• Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams to align content with stock and promotions
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports for ongoing improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, influencer outreach, and e-commerce
• Familiarity with multiple fashion and sportswear brands and how to market them distinctly
• Strong visual sense and understanding of content trends in fashion, footwear, and youth culture
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for clean, brand-consistent design
• Ability to juggle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle team.
