As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will own the end-to-end social media 

strategy. You will create and manage content, design campaigns, and ensure that 

our brand voice resonates across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, 

and YouTube. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—

Key Responsibilities 

● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with

vision and goals. 

● Create and manage content calendars for regular, consistent posting. 

● Design engaging posts, carousels, infographics, and short videos (reels, explainers, 

animations). 

● Write compelling captions, hashtags, and platform-specific copy. 

● Monitor and manage community engagement (comments, messages, mentions). 

● Track performance analytics, generate reports, and optimize strategy based on 

insights. 

● Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them creatively into 

campaigns. 

● Collaborate with internal teams to highlight product updates, success stories, and 

impact.
