Social Media Strategist - Minimum 2+ years Required


Job Location: Sector 61 Gurgaon


Interview - Face to Face only


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement effective social media strategies tailored to our target audience and brand objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers to amplify our brand message and reach.
  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiating contracts and measuring campaign success.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports that highlight key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Management:

  • Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Attend industry events and participate in continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 2

    years

     as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
