About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of our social media strategy across the platforms where our aspirants are most active:

  YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored for Civil Services aspirants: informative captions, motivational carousels, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), insightful stories, and simple visuals using Canva.
• Manage our vibrant online community by monitoring comments and DMs, responding to queries promptly, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Use scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) to maintain our content calendar and ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
• Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates), contribute to weekly reports, and recommend content optimizations based on what resonates with our student community.
• Conduct research on current affairs, exam trends, and competitor strategies to identify content gaps and suggest fresh ideas for posts and videos.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Marketing, Digital Marketing,

  Media, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of practical experience or internships in social media marketing or content creation.
• Strong command of written English with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva or mobile editing apps for Reels/Shorts.
• Familiarity with native social media analytics and comfort using Google Sheets/Excel for basic reporting.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator comfortable with remote work.

Preferred:

• A keen interest in or understanding of the UPSC Civil Services examination and current affairs.
• Awareness of basic SEO principles for YouTube and blogs.
• Experience with community management or multilingual content creation (Hindi/other regional languages).
