Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Management Intern who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands social media trends and strategy but also knows how to design impactful images and videos, create compelling campaigns, and leverage AI tools to work smarter, not harder.

Content Creation & Design:

• Design engaging graphics, images, reels, and short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Adapt brand aesthetics across content while experimenting with fresh, creative ideas.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and propose social media content strategies for campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and performance.

AI-Powered Workflow:

• Use AI tools for image/video generation, caption drafting, trend analysis, and automating repetitive tasks.
• Identify areas where AI can save time and improve creative efficiency.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Track campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Suggest improvements for engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness.

Collaboration & Delegation:

• Coordinate with team members, vendors, and external collaborators for timely execution.
• Handle delegateable and routine tasks efficiently to keep the creative pipeline running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) for content creation and task automation.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end social media management.
• Exposure to creative campaign building and AI-powered marketing.
• A chance to contribute ideas and see them executed in real-time.
• Skill-building in design, digital strategy, and marketing analytics.
• Mentorship and guidance in scaling digital branding for growth.
