Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

• Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests.

• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Share relevant insights with the team.

• Community Engagement: Engage with followers and other users to build and nurture a strong online community.

• Collaborations: Assist in coordinating collaborations with influencers and other brands.

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Education: Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe photoshop) is a plus.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
