Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, fashion flair, and hands-on experience managing e-commerce brand pages that engage, inspire, and convert.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with Mahukaa’s brand voice and campaigns.

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube (and explore new platforms too 👀).

Plan and run creative content calendars — reels, posts, stories, influencer collabs, and campaign teasers.

Work with the design and content teams to create visually stunning, scroll-stopping creatives.

Monitor analytics and derive insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Coordinate with the e-commerce and performance marketing teams for product launches, festive drops, and sale campaigns.

Stay updated with fashion and digital trends, bringing innovative ideas to keep Mahukaa ahead of the curve.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.

Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, influencer marketing, paid ads, and content storytelling.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and brand tone.

Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, etc.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and campaign planning skills.
