Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation in the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create informative and creative posts, reels, videos, and infographics.
• Manage paid ad campaigns on social media platforms and monitor ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the health and wellness space.
• Handle online reputation management by engaging with followers and responding to queries in a timely, empathetic manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing (experience in the healthcare industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare communication ethics and compliance is a plus.
