Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients regarding healthcare services and offerings.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about health-related products/services.
• Maintain client records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and assist in appointment bookings.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (with relevant experience).
• 0–2 years of experience as a telecaller/customer support executive
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Empathetic and patient-focused communication style.
