Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE

Make calls to students from the institute’s database/enquiries.
Explain details about Mobile Repairing Courses, Fees, Duration, and Benefits (like Free Hostel, Job Assistance).
Motivate interested students to visit the center for counselling.
Achieve daily call targets and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain proper follow-up and update records in CRM/Excel.
Submit daily reports to the Admission Counsellor/Manager.
Handle student queries and convince them to join the training program.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (Fluent Hindi is a must, Basic English preferred).
Strong persuasion and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM/WhatsApp/Email).
Experience in Telecalling/Training/Education sector will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Minimum Graduate preferred

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience).
Performance Incentives: Unlimited earning potential.

Target & Incentive Plan (Sample)

Daily Calling Target: 80–100 calls/day
Monthly Admission Target: 15–20 students

Incentive Structure:

1–10 Admissions: ₹300 per admission
11–20 Admissions: ₹500 per admission
21+ Admissions: ₹700 per admission + ₹2,000 Bonus

Example:

If 20 admissions → Incentive = (10×300) + (10×500) = ₹8,000
If 25 admissions → Incentive = (10×300) + (10×500) + (5×700) + 2000 bonus = ₹13,500
Minimum 3 Years of Experienced candidates can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
