Job Description:

• Customers को store में greet करना और उनकी जरूरतों को समझना।
• Product knowledge के आधार पर सही product recommend करना।
• Sales targets achieve करना और upselling/cross-selling करना।
• Point of Sale (POS) पर billing और cash/credit transaction handle करना।
• Stock replenishment और display arrangement maintain करना।
• Customer queries, complaints और returns को handle करना।
• Daily sales report prepare करना और supervisor को update देना।

• Inventory records maintain करना और stock audits में assist करना।
• Store layout, product display और promotional material arrange करना।

• Vendors और suppliers से coordination करके timely stock availability सुनिश्चित करना।
• Store reports prepare करना (sales, inventory, staff attendance)।
