About the Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong content writing expertise, and a proven ability to manage paid advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others). Create, write, and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and blogs. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to generate creative ideas. Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent brand presence. Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and build an interactive audience community. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using social media analytics tools. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in communication and branding. Requirements 1–2 years of proven experience in social media marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience in content writing and copywriting. Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is mandatory. Proficiency with social media tools and scheduling platforms. Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously. Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail. Nice to have knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing practices. Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
