About the Role: We are seeking a creative, results-oriented, and highly motivated Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team at DGtive, a fast-growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, skilled at driving measurable results, and experienced in delivering successful social media campaigns for clients across diverse industries. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies for clients from various industries, including hospitality, food, technology, and more. Manage and maintain client social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and others as needed. Handle client onboarding, which includes conducting detailed client research, competitor analysis, and social media audits to understand client needs and industry landscape. Create and publish engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, and blog posts, to drive audience engagement and brand visibility. Plan and create content calendars in advance and ensure all posts are prepared and ready for smooth execution after client approval. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs) such as followers, engagement rate, likes, shares, and reach, and work towards achieving set targets. Collaborate with the team to design KPI-driven campaigns that focus on measurable growth and success for clients. Work towards meeting defined targets for increasing followers, improving engagement, and expanding overall social media reach and performance. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to build strong customer relationships and trust. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all social media campaigns align with client goals and overall brand identity. Identify and track social media influencers relevant to clients and manage influencer collaborations. Conduct regular competitor analysis reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Produce detailed performance reports on social media campaigns, highlighting progress toward KPIs, and present them to clients and management. Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) for clients by addressing customer feedback and resolving concerns effectively. Create and manage paid ad campaigns on social media platforms, including ad copy, targeting, and performance tracking. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop impactful and visually appealing content strategies. Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships. Write SEO-friendly content for social media, blogs, and other digital marketing initiatives. Train and mentor team members on company-specific processes, tools, and best practices, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field. Proven ability to work with KPIs like followers, engagement rate, likes, shares, reach, and more. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their business applications, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media analytics and provide actionable insights. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience with client onboarding processes, including research, competitor analysis, and conducting social media audits. Ability to create and manage content calendars in advance for smooth and efficient social media execution. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Knowledge of SEO and experience with paid ad management is a plus. Creative mindset combined with a strong focus on results and performance-driven targets.
