Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Job

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for handling the social media accounts of clients by creating compelling posts and videos, making content calendars, analyzing social media data to drive growth and engagement with the target audience.

Responsibilities

1. Manage client's accounts on social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Youtube, and other relevant platforms.
2. Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
3. Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms, including trimming, arranging footage, adding transitions, music, sound effects and visual effects, adding text overlays and captions.
4. Knowledge of Video Editing on professional software is a plus.
5. Conceptualize and design various marketing materials, including but not limited to: posters, banners, social media graphics** such as stories, carousels, reels, etc, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
6. Understand branding requirements & create copy based around it.
7. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
8. Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practice
9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
10.  Regularly report on community sentiment and engagement metrics, using data to guide strategy adjustments.

Requirements

1. 0-6 months of experience as a social media executive or similar.
2. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Youtube, and other social media platforms
3. Good designing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
4. Video editing skills on Professional video editing software. 
5. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Must be well presentable
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
9. Knowledge Meta Ads (Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads) is a plus.
10. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
