Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to join our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will work closely with our creative and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Define target audiences and create tailored content plans for platforms such as

  Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok, Youtube

  .
• Collaborate with the design team to produce

  high-quality, engaging content

  (text, images, and videos).
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and timely responses to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Plan, execute, and optimize

  paid social media campaigns

  using tools like

  Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools such as

  Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics

• Stay updated with the latest

  social media trends, tools, and best practices

  to continuously improve strategies.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant

  influencers

  to promote brand awareness and products/services.
• Integrate social media activities with larger

  marketing and PR campaigns

  for maximum impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a

  Social Media Marketing Executive

  or in a similar role.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful

  social media strategies and campaigns

  .
• Excellent knowledge of

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok

  ,

  Youtube

  along with their advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in

  content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling

  .
• Basic Canva design skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Experience with influencer marketing and community building.
• Knowledge of

  SEO for social media content

  is an asset.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work closely with the

  Digital Transformation Manager

  and internal teams.
