Job Description

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

 

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and executing campaigns across all digital and native platforms, social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO and content marketing, with a strong ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence across all platforms. You will also work closely with the content teams to arrive at platform specific content to drive best ROI from the platform.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•⁠ ⁠Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta & native platforms (PPC), social media, email, WhatsApp, SEO and display advertising.

 

•⁠ ⁠SEO & Content Strategy: Improve organic search rankings through keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization.

 

 

•⁠ ⁠Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI. Liaison with the respective company representatives to adopt and execute latest tools to maximise returns.

 

•⁠ ⁠Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, promotions) to nurture leads and retain customers.

 

•⁠ ⁠Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversions, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot; provide actionable insights.

 

•⁠ ⁠Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and ad creatives to improve performance (CTR, ROAS)

 

•⁠ ⁠Marketing Automation: Utilize and incorporate tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo to streamline campaigns and lead nurturing.

 

•⁠ ⁠Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective.


  • Grow followers and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. 

 

Who are we looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in marketing automation tools.

•⁠ ⁠Strong copywriting and visual content skills (basic graphic design/video editing is a plus).

•⁠Analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.

  • Relevant Experience 2-3years in Travel Industry.
