Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Growth Manager

content creation and social media trends

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute

    monthly content calendars

    across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Create engaging

    visual and written content

    with the design & content team.
  • Manage

    paid ad campaigns

    and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Build collaborations with

    influencers, bloggers, and online communities

    .
  • Monitor reviews and manage

    online reputation

    for Revup properties.
  • Track performance metrics (followers, reach, engagement, leads) and optimize campaigns.

Branding & Digital Marketing

  • Drive

    storytelling, branding, and campaign ideation

    for Revup properties.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content.
  • Support

    SEO and digital campaigns

    to improve online visibility.

Growth & Business Development

  • Support in identifying

    corporate tie-ups, B2B partnerships, and event collaborations

    .
  • Assist in

    marketing campaigns that directly boost occupancy and revenue

    .
  • Track competitor social strategies and share

    growth insights

    with leadership.
  • Prepare

    weekly reports

    on social media performance and its link to business growth.

Client Coordination

  • Act as a

    point of contact for clients, partners, and collaborators

    .
  • Manage

    corporate clients, event partners, and influencer collaborations

    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure

    client deliverables and campaigns

    are executed smoothly.
  • Build and maintain

    long-term client relationships

    that support Revup’s growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    social media management, digital marketing, or client coordination

    .
  • Proven ability to run

    successful social campaigns

    and grow engagement.
  • Strong sense of

    content, branding, and communication

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, ad platforms

    .
  • Excellent

    client handling, negotiation, and coordination skills

    .
  • Interest in linking

    digital marketing to real business outcomes

    (occupancy, bookings, partnerships).
