Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging, original, and high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs, etc.).
Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media management and content creation.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Ability to analyze data and derive insights for strategy improvement.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,852.48 per month
