Purchase and Coordinator Executive

· Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. · Maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms. · Optimize procurement processes, negotiate better prices, and identify alternative suppliers without compromising quality. · Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory through demand forecasting and efficient control measures. · Create and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring correct quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules. · Properly document procurement processes, contracts, and essential agreements. · Work within assigned budgets and provide periodic reports on expenses and cost variances. · Act as the central point of contact for various departments and teams. · Address client queries, concerns, and provide necessary support. · Assist in organizing and managing company events, conferences, or workshops. · Generate payment slips and ensure timely payments to vendors according to the payment terms specified in purchase orders (POs). · Serve as the single point of contact between vendors and the administrative team.
