Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Job Summary:
Noisy Studios is on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. If you’re someone who understands how branding and storytelling convert into sales, knows how to create scroll-stopping content, and can run smart Meta ad campaigns — this is your chance to shine.

This role involves strategising, creating, and executing content across social platforms, while also driving paid performance through Meta Ads. You’ll be working across in-house brands and client accounts, building digital presence, communities, and performance funnels that actually deliver results.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Branding

• Design and execute high-quality content: reels, carousels, stories, and graphics.
• Craft strong brand narratives that reflect the brand’s tone and visual identity.
• Develop content calendars monthly and manage consistent content flow.
• Work on ad creatives, storytelling-based videos, and trend-inspired posts.
• Edit content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.

Social Media Strategy & Community Management

• Build and implement social strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and algorithms to boost visibility organically.
• Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and manage community growth.
• Align with design, marketing, and business teams for campaign rollouts.

Performance Marketing – Meta Ads

• Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage audiences, placements, budgets, and creative testing.
• Deliver strong ROAS by monitoring and tweaking campaigns proactively.
• Prepare ad reports, optimise funnels, and suggest creative performance tweaks.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and other tools for reporting.
• Analyze content and ad performance to identify what's working.
• Share monthly performance insights and action plans with internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager – audience targeting, creative optimization, and campaign structures.
• Eye for design, aesthetic consistency, and brand voice.
• Experience with content editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills (in English).
• Self-starter who can ideate, execute, and measure with minimal supervision.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or startup brands.
• Worked with influencer collaborations or UGC-based campaigns.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn personal branding content.

Pay Range: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (based on experience)
