About the Role

Armanaa is looking for a confident, charismatic, and well-spoken girl to join our team as an Influencer / Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a beautiful personality, excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and a natural presence in front of the camera. You will represent the brand across platforms by hosting engaging video and photo content, creating social media content, and managing day-to-day brand visibility online.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present engaging photo and video content for marketing, brand promotions, and social media campaigns.
• Create compelling content for brand through video shoots, reels, and live sessions.
• Manage social media posting, captions, basic engagement (DMs/comments), and content scheduling.
• Work independently to plan and develop new content ideas and formats for brand engagement.
• Research trends, audio styles, and content ideas to create viral-worthy content.
• Be comfortable appearing in live sessions, attending events, and being the face of campaigns.
• Maintain brand tone, consistency, and audience engagement across social platforms.

Requirements

• Strong command over Hindi and English with exceptional speaking and presentation skills.
• A confident, energetic, and presentable personality with the ability to engage audiences effortlessly.
• Comfortable in front of the camera for hosting videos, reels, and brand collaborations.
• Prior experience in anchoring, hosting, influencing, or content creation is a plus.
• Ability to adapt tone and style based on the target audience and brand persona.
• A passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media.
• Knowledge of social media trends, virality factors, and influencer culture.
• Prior experience in lifestyle, home décor, interiors, or digital content creation is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
