Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Rajendra Place, New Delhi Work Mode: Monday to Friday – Work from Office Saturday – Work from Home Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Social Media Management Education: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory) About the Role: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across platforms, content creation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage content planning, creation, and publishing across all key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare monthly reports to drive insights and improvements. Oversee and optimize paid social campaigns. Actively engage with the online community — respond to comments and messages promptly. Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory). Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content strategy, and brand building. Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics dashboards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
