Job Title: Backend Java Developer Experience - 2/3 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Backend Java Developer with a strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving . The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding experience, a deep understanding of backend technologies, and a drive to build scalable, high-performance systems. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). Excellent DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Experience with RESTful APIs , Microservices architecture , and multithreading . Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (like Hibernate). Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. Good knowledge of unit testing , debugging, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Implement backend services with a focus on scalability, performance, and resilience. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in competitive programming or participation in coding platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, etc., is a big plus. Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
