About Us:

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute creative social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
• Design and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos in line with brand tone and aesthetic
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a strong online community
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams for launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content
• Support paid campaign creatives and ad copy for Meta Ads, Google Display, and other platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in eCommerce or fashion/lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps
• Excellent written communication skills and an eye for aesthetics and branding
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Suite
• Experience in running paid social media ads
• Creative storytelling or copywriting experience
• Understanding of influencer marketing and collaborations
