Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Service Department to lead and manage our after-sales service operations across PAN India. The candidate will be responsible for handling the technical team and Authorized Service Partners, ensuring excellent customer support, quick resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high service standards for our inverter and lithium batteries.


Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage the technical service team and ASP network across India.

•Monitor and ensure effective after-sales service support for customers and dealers.

•Analyse and resolve technical problems efficiently with minimum downtime.

•Provide technical guidance and training to service engineers and ASPs.

•Develop and implement service policies, processes, and SOPs for better efficiency.

•Coordinate with the production and quality teams for recurring issues and feedback.

•Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and service partners.

•Prepare service reports, maintain service data, and analyse service performance.

•Ensure customer satisfaction by timely response and effective problem-solving.

•Use MS Office for reporting, data management, and presentations.


Required Qualifications & Skill:

•Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Technical Education or related field.

•Minimum 7–10 years of experience in after-sales service/technical support (preferably in battery, inverter, or power backup industry).

•Strong technical knowledge of inverter batteries and lithium batteries.

•Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

•Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within timelines.
