Role Overview

We are hiring anexperienced Sales Officerwho will lead dealer development, drive revenue growth, and ensure Syrex Batteries strong presence in Hisar and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage

  dealer, distributor, and retailer networks

  in the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed

  monthly/annual sales targets

  .
• Conduct

  market surveys

  to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure

  timely collections and payment follow-ups

  .
• Drive

  promotional activities, trade visits, and exhibitions

  .
• Provide

  after-sales coordination

  with the service team.
• Maintain strong

  customer and dealer relationships

  to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• 47 years of proven experience

  in sales of

  automotive batteries / industrial batteries / related electrical or power products

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of

  Hisar & Haryana market

  preferred.

• Bachelor's degree

  in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Must own a

  two-wheeler

  for field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
