Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Specialist based in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, providing customer service, delivering sales presentations, collaborating with team members, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, organizing and contributing to training sessions may be required to enhance sales strategies.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct and contribute to Training initiatives
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and client satisfaction
• Proficiency in negotiation and relationship management
• Problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Working knowledge of the real estate market in Jaipur is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
