Sales Specialist (SaaS / Conversational AI)

Job Summary:

Envertiz Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Enthusiast with strong experience in the SaaS or Conversational AI space. In this role, you will spearhead revenue growth, build high-value client relationships, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge conversational AI solutions among enterprise customers. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential sales opportunities for our product offerings within large enterprises across the assigned geography/industry vertical.
  • Achieve sales revenue targets by developing a strong sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress consistently.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Support in conducting product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and support the end-to-end deal-closing process.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights for management.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed institute (Engineering/MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise sales; exposure to Conversational AI is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence decision-makers & key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in solution or concept selling (CRM, ERP, Contact Centers, SaaS, CPaaS, etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain solutions consultatively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales success.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
