Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur, India. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales processes, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. The hybrid nature of the role allows for a mix of in-office work and some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools
