The company specializes in project inception, agile best practices, digital initiatives, and independent QA services while also offering extended team support with skilled engineers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the company's digital solutions and services. They will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing deals. The role also involves delivering effective sales presentations, providing post-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor services based on client requirements. The Sales Specialist will play a vital role in achieving revenue goals and driving business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective client interactions and satisfaction
  • 3+ in Software Development Services Sales and must have generated 250K USD to 2M USD contracts yearly.
  • Proficient Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing techniques
  • Served US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Middle East Markets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members in product and service offerings
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and sales processes effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within software consultancy or IT services
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and IT solutions is an advantage
