MS Interiors is looking for a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager who can promote our luxury furniture brand as well as our Interior Design Consultancy services. Your main goal will be to create engaging content, grow our online presence, and generate quality leads for interior projects and furniture sales. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Create & manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and reels. Promote furniture products, custom furniture, and interior design services. Design engaging reels, videos, stories, carousels, and ad creatives. Shoot basic videos/photos of furniture, site visits, and design work. Generate interior design leads and furniture enquiries through consistent content and DM management. Respond to messages, comments, and maintain active communication with potential clients. Track weekly insights, growth, reach, and lead reports. Identify trending content ideas specifically for furniture/interior design niche. Coordinate with the founder for project details and translate them into attractive content. ✨ Commission & Growth: Every interior design project lead that converts = commission payout. Every furniture order lead that converts = commission payout. Commission is paid whenever the work comes, not one-time only. As the brand grows, salary will be increased based on performance. Long-term employees get priority for senior roles as the studio expands. ✨ Salary: ₹7,000 per month (starting) Performance-based salary increments Lead-based commission (interiors + furniture) Yearly bonus ✨ Qualifications: 0–3 years experience in social media/content creation. Good understanding of Instagram trends & brand building. Basic shooting and editing skills (phone editing acceptable). Knowledge of Canva / CapCut / Photoshop is a plus. Interest in interiors, décor, furniture, or architecture is highly preferred. ✨ Skills & Attributes: Creative mindset with eye for design. Good communication skills.
