Job Description

Core Role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and report

    engagement metrics

    (reach, impressions, shares, CTR, conversions).
  • Oversee

    content generation

    with influencers and internal team.
  • Stay updated with

    trending topics, hashtags, and viral formats

    to integrate into campaigns.
  • Coordinate influencer deliverables (monitor turnaround time of 24–48 hrs).
  • Maintain dashboards in

    Excel/Google Sheets

    for influencer performance and payments.
  • Ensure cross-platform alignment (Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook).


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory:

    Prior agency experience in managing social media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Excel, Google Suite, Microsoft Office

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    analytics tools

    (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to brief influencers and

    monitor compliance

    with political narrative.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
