Role Summary

As a Social Media Manager at Neomod, you’ll build and execute a strategic social media presence that strengthens brand visibility, drives engagement, and showcases Neomod’s innovative smart hygiene products. You will manage content creation, community engagement, analytics, and collaborations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok based on target audience insights.
  • Create content calendars aligned with marketing goals and product launches.(dev.nirvasa.com)

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content: posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and product highlights.
  • Ensure content aligns with Neomod’s brand voice and premium positioning.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.

3. Community Engagement

  • Respond professionally to comments, DMs, mentions, and customer queries.
  • Foster a vibrant and loyal online community.
  • Monitor audience interactions and trends.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Use platform analytics tools to optimize posting strategies.(dev.nirvasa.com)

5. Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Work with design, sales, product, and marketing teams for coordinated campaigns.
  • Support influencer collaborations and paid promotions to increase visibility.
  • Align social efforts with offline events, launches, and promotions.

6. Trend & Competitive Research

  • Stay updated with industry trends, hashtag strategies, and competitor social activity.
  • Experiment with new formats and features to keep content fresh and engaging.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong content creation skills with basic design sense (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
