Job Title: Business Development Executive (with CRM Knowledge) Preferably : Female candidates

Location: Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-time
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reports to: Business Development Manager / Sales Head

Timings: 9.30 to 6.30

Working Days: Monday to saturday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective use of CRM tools to manage and track sales processes and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align client needs with company offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to manage sales pipeline and generate reports
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to improve performance and forecasting
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support in collaboration with the support team
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or a SaaS/technology company
  • Certification or training in CRM tools
  • Understanding of sales funnel and customer journey management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
