About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and creatively sharp Social Media Executive / Manager to take charge of daily content execution, strategy alignment, and platform growth across lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, and wellness brands. You’ll be a key part of the team brainstorming ideas, planning content calendars, and ensuring smooth execution across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars for multiple brands

• Coordinate with design and content teams for timely creative delivery

• Write clear, engaging captions tailored to each brand’s tone of voice

• Schedule and post content across Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.

• Track performance metrics (reach, saves, engagement, followers) and share insights

• Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and formats

• Reshare stories, UGC, and manage basic community interactions (DMs/comments)

• Support on-ground during shoots, campaigns, and events (when required)

Requirements

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a social media role (agency or brand side)

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and trends

• Strong written communication skills (grammar + tone adaptability)

• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

• Comfortable working with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, etc.

• Bonus: Experience with influencer coordination or production shoots
