About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and manage online community engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create campaigns that boost visibility and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date with current trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, copywriting, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web traffic metrics.
  • Basic understanding of video editing and production.
  • Ability to run and optimize paid ad campaigns effectively.
