Position Overview: The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase engagement and conversions. The role involves creative content creation, community management, data analysis, and coordination with internal teams to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) in alignment with business goals. Set specific objectives to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Content Creation & Management: Design, create, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) that reflects the brand’s voice and values. Oversee social media content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Collaborate with the design and content teams for visual assets and storytelling. Community Engagement: Build and manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Initiate conversations, encourage user-generated content, and engage influencers to build a loyal following. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and prepare detailed reports. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns. Advertising & Campaigns: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization. Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines. Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners for collaborations. Organize giveaways, influencer takeovers, and other promotional activities to boost engagement. Key Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement. Passionate about social media trends and emerging technologies.
