Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Kharghar Navi Mumbai Firm: Chartered Accountant Firm Experience: Fresher – 2 Years Education: B.Com / Commerce Graduate Job Summary: We are a reputed Chartered Accountant firm seeking a smart, sincere, and career-oriented Accounts Executive to support our internal and client accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh commerce graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities:Daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal entries) Assist in preparing and maintaining client books of accounts Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and data entry Generate invoices, debit/credit notes, and account statements Support in preparation of GST, TDS returns and working files Work under the guidance of Chartered Accountants for audit and tax assignments Prepare basic Excel reports, summaries, and accounting schedules Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally accounting software Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table basics preferred) Understanding of basic accounting concepts and journal entries Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional CA environment Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Candidate Profile:B.Com or equivalent qualification (Commerce background is a must) Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant work experience Candidates looking to build a long-term career in accounts, taxation, or auditing Benefits: Exposure to diverse industries and client accounts Direct mentoring by experienced Chartered Accountants Learning opportunity in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Audit areas Positive work environment with skill-building support
