Social Media ManagerWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Social Media Manager

with

3+ years of experience

in Social Media Marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate should be an expert in managing social media strategies, campaigns, and content to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, and interactive formats) to grow brand presence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and optimize strategies based on performance.
  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep our social media efforts effective.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Implement and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing social media campaigns, organic growth, and paid ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Experience in running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns for better performance.
  • Excellent copywriting, creative thinking, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech-related industries.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or related courses is a plus.
