Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Chandigarh. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing SALCI's social media presence. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating content, engaging with our online community, analyzing social media performance, and staying up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing abilities
• Experience in developing Content Strategies
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

Who You Are:

• 0–1 years of experience (EdTech, SaaS, or education sector preferred).
• A creative storyteller with a pulse on social trends
• Skilled at content strategy, community building & influencer marketing
• Comfortable with content creation and confident in front of the camera
• Experienced in managing brand pages and running paid promotions

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
