Job Description


  • Develop and execute

    social media strategy

    across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
  • Create and manage engaging, SEO-optimized content showcasing Ritco’s milestones and innovations.
  • Drive engagement through campaigns, storytelling, and industry thought leadership.
  • Plan and manage

    events, webinars, trade shows, and award functions

  • Build creative & focused narratives to strengthen confidence and enhance our value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for consistent brand presence.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvements. 


Job Requirement


  • Minimum

    2 years’ experience

    in corporate social media (B2B/logistics preferred).
  • Strong written, visual, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media & basic design/analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with storytelling and brand positioning ability.
  • Exposure to SEO, campaigns, and event/webinar management.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
