Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Lead content production projects including script writing, video planning, and concept development
Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to refine content strategy
Stay updated on platform trends, best practices, and competitor activity
Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders for content alignment and approvals
Own the social media calendar, campaign execution, and post scheduling
Ideate and contribute to podcast concepts, video scripts, and other multimedia formats
Manage basic design and editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management or a related role
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, including platform algorithms and engagement tactics
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills tailored to social media audiences
Ability to conceptualize and write scripts for short-form and long-form content
Proficient in tools for scheduling, analytics, and basic design (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
Experience with video editing, podcast production, or graphic design is a plus
Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or venture capital is an added advantage
