💻 Position: Social Media Manager 📍Location: Bangalore 🗓️ Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturdays Flexible) 📌 Experience Required: 2+ years 🤝 Client: AI Platform providing Animation Tools (SaaS) About the Role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join the team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with the founders, devise and execute a social media strategy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building the brand. What we’re looking for: Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals. Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across all social media platforms. Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and develop integrated campaigns. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to enhance our brand’s reach and credibility. Event Promotion: Promote company events, webinars, and product launches across social media platforms. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in social media management in the technology industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills.
