About Us:

We are a fast-growing brand involved in Social Media. We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to handle our social media pages, build our online presence, and drive brand awareness through effective content and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Create engaging and original content — posts, reels, stories, and videos
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand consistency in tone and style
• Work with the design and video editing team to produce high-quality creatives and videos
• Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to optimize future content
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interactions
• Stay updated on trending topics, hashtags, and viral content ideas
• Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions and collaborations

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or influencers
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms
• Good communication skills (English/Tamil preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Educational Qualification:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Media, or Communication background preferred)
