Position Summary

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and captions) across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Coordinate with the design, photography, and marketing teams for content creation.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required).
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
Maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and consistency across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Excellent written communication and creative content-writing skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Passion for fashion, jewelry, and luxury branding.

Experience

Minimum 1 year to maximum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
