Job Summary

creative, strategic, and highly driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

  • Develop engaging, original, and high-quality content (videos, reels, posts, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create impactful campaign content.
  • Ideate and execute influencer-style content (talking reels, product demos, user stories, etc.) regularly.
  • Manage the content calendar – plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across channels.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms (e.g. Threads, Pinterest).
  • Build and engage with the online community – respond to comments, DMs, and messages promptly.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates to leverage opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to improve content strategy.

3. Brand Communication

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, identity, and visual guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a distinct, relatable, and aspirational brand voice.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to create ad creatives and support content funnels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management, preferably with D2C or consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong storytelling ability with a sharp visual sense.
  • Proficiency in Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, Canva, or basic video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to independently shoot, edit, and publish content.
  • Strong grasp of social media algorithms, analytics, and community-building strategies.
  • Passion for digital content, pop culture, and emerging internet trends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer collaborations or UGC-style content.
  • Photography or graphic design skills.
  • Exposure to email marketing or content SEO.
